Refractory - refractory - dry vibrating mix

We use the sintered magnesia particles and fused magnesia powder as the main raw materials, with the research results in impact of adding amount of bonding agent, sintering agent and magnesia powder on the strength of magnesia dry vibrating mixture. The results show that: in the test conditions, adding 5% bonding agent, 11.5 sintering agent and 30magnesia powder will have a good intensity of dry vibrating mixture . The products developed on such basis have success in site use of some steel plant.
